AJO OFFERS TWO SERVICE CHOICES:
OPTION 1
Tailored Trip Creation: We meticulously curate your journey, taking care of all elements including accommodations, transportation, meals, tours, and more. We also manage all correspondence and payment options. We present this comprehensive service as a per-person package with pricing set by AJO. Each guest makes their travel arrangements directly with us.
Furthermore, this service provides the possibility of having a designated team member present on-site to facilitate the coordination of the trip.
OPTION 2
Concierge Assistance: We act as your dedicated concierge, handling logistics such as correspondence and payment options. Additionally, we secure the best rates for your trip's components - accommodations, food, tours, etc. Opting for this choice entails you making direct payments to our third-party vendors, while we charge a concierge fee.
SERVICE FEE: The booking process requires a non-refundable Consultation Fee upfront, along with 15% of the total travel experience cost (including accommodations, tours/excursions, transportation, etc.). The remaining 50% is due 60 days before the trip, with the final 50% payment due 7 days before departure.
