Women are the “super hero’s” and often juggle a million and one things at the same time; parenthood, families, careers, relationships, and community involvement. They often feel immense pressure to manage their own lives while helping others around them which often leads to self-care neglect. “Self-care is the practice of improving one’s health, well-being, and overall happiness”.

She Self Cares is a platform for women to take control of their lives and engage in activities, ideas, mindsets, conversations and relaxations that strengthens them physically, spiritually, emotionally, or intellectually while improving their overall well-being and happiness.

She Self Cares’ mission is to encourage, educate and equip women to prioritize self-care while creating a safe space, no judgement zone, self-care sisterhood community of WHOLE WOMEN.

We believe in the power of women coming together to bring change, first and foremost to herself and the world around her.

Bisi aka BeceBright is an Executive Coach & a Healthcare Provider licensed in the state of Maryland, U.S.A. residing in Cape Town, South Africa.

Her work spans over four different countries and she gains her inspiration through travel as she is a travel enthusiast having visited over 30 countries and counting.

She has been practicing medicine for over 15 years. Dedicated and passionate about promoting the importance of self-care lifestyle through preventive medicine and wellness travel.
